Internet Messaging

You may also contact us via the Internet. Our office is part of the RelayHealth Internet messaging system, and you can leave us detailed messages or requests.

RelayHealth is a secure, HIPAA-compliant, web-based interface that allows you to make appointment requests, to request test results or prescription refills, or send a secure message to your doctor or staff. The RelayHealth service is free for our patients and easy to use. Go to our log-in page to create a log-in name and password.

When you use RelayHealth to send us a message, you should expect to hear back from us within two business days. If that has not happened, please call our office at (916) 374-5500. Messages from RelayHealth are not retrieved on nights, weekends, and holidays. Please do not use RelayHealth for any type of urgent or emergency message. Please call our office instead.
